While there are currently no known cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) in Republic County, we are working closely with state and local medical personnel to ensure preparedness. Due to the recent recommendations from the Kansas Department of Health & Environment (KDHE), concerning COVID-19, Republic County Health Department is on restricted access until further notice. The restriction is specifically to preserve our department for emergency response and preparedness. The Republic County Home Health Agency will continue to operate normally at this time.We are suggesting that mass gatherings postpone events if possible and if postponing is not an option we are highly suggesting that extra precautions be taken:
· Please have hand sanitizer available at all entrances
· People over the age of 60 or immune compromised should not attend
· Social Distancing is encouraged for all
